KNOW YOUR CONSTITUTION
The Constitution of India is the supreme law of India. The document lays down the framework that demarcates fundamental political code, structure, procedures, powers, and duties of government institutions and sets out fundamental rights, directive principles, and the duties of citizens. It is the longest written national constitution in the world.
It was adopted by the Constituent Assembly of India on 26 November 1949 and became effective on 26 January 1950. India celebrates its constitution on 26 January as Republic Day.The original 1950 constitution is preserved in a helium-filled case at the Parliament House in New Delhi. The words "secular" and "socialist" were added to the preamble by 42nd amendment act in 1976 during the Emergency.
Civil equality refers to persons in a society having the same status in terms of civil rights, freedom of expression, and equal access to various social goods and services. This denotes that law and order are equal for everybody, regardless of who they are.
The Finance Commission is a Constitutionally mandated body that is at the centre of fiscal federalism. Set up under Article 280 of the Constitution, its core responsibility is to evaluate the state of finances of the Union and State Governments.

स्वच्छता पखवाडा २०२२
Cleanliness is next to Godliness.
Swachhta has been recognised and accorded top priority by the government of India. Hygiene and hygienic practices in life are critical for health not only to improve a living environment but also to elevate our thinking to a more pure and healthy state.
The program has been designated as “swachhta pakhwada” to celebrate the 3rd anniversary of Swachh Bharat. Swachhta pakhwada is an occasion to pledge the support of the higher educational institutions for spreading the message of cleanliness not only among the students but also in the surrounding areas.
Swachh Bharat Mission (SBM), Swachh Bharat Abhiyan, or Clean India Mission is a country-wide campaign initiated by the Government of India in 2014 to eliminate open defecation and improve solid waste management.
